Your responsibilities:

Maintaining the compliance management system in the business unit in accordance with Mitsubishi HC Capital Inc. corporate requirements;

Daily collaboration with the UK Risk and Compliance Team;
-
Regular compliance and risk reporting to the UK HQ and the local management team;
-
Conducting compliance risk assessments and monitoring of regulatory requirements and internal control frameworks;
-
Ensuring adherence to AML, KYC, Sanction screening, GDPR, Data compliance, and Whistleblowing regulations;
-
Ensuring alignment with corporate policies and ethical standards;
-
Supporting internal audits and implementation of corporate policies and compliance controls;
-
Leading, managing, and communicating compliance matters;
-
Drafting, reviewing, and developing local policies and procedures;
-
Reporting and communicating compliance issues to local management and staff;
-
Proactively identifying risks and resolving issues in cooperation with other departments;
-
Providing local compliance training to staff;
-
Coordinating group reviews and audits;
-
Ensuring adherence to group data governance and GDPR requirements.
Our requirements:
-
Fluency in Polish and English (spoken and written) due to daily interaction with the UK Team;

Bachelor’s degree in law, finance, business administration, or a related field;

Strong knowledge of relevant EU and local regulations (AML, Sanction screening, Whistleblowing, GDPR, etc.);

Minimum 4–6 years of professional experience in a compliance role;

Prior experience in a leasing or financial institution;
-
Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement;
-
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills;

Solid understanding of compliance frameworks and risk principles;
-
Strong commercial awareness and ability to interpret the impact of regulatory changes;
-
Ability to deliver training sessions effectively.
