Fuel Cards

Clients of MHC MOBILITY receive BP Routex and Orlen fuel cards. The user receives a PIN number which is required during refuelling the vehicle. You must also provide the correct odometer reading during the transaction. 

Can the card be used to refuel other vehicles?

Refuelling a vehicle with a different registration number from that indicated on the fuel card is not permitted without the consent of MHC MOBILITY.  

It is possible to obtain authorisation to refuel a vehicle with a different registration number, e.g., when using a replacement car. However, you should contact an MHC MOBILITY representative in advance:

What should I do if I lose my fuel card?

In case of losing a fuel card or PIN number, immediately contact kartypaliwowe@mhcmobility.pl in order to block the card and then report this fact to the MHC MOBILITY Driver Service Department.

How to use a fuel card step by step:

1. Fill up with fuel.
2. Go to the cash register.     
3. Use the fuel card - apply/insert/drag.
4. Enter the 4-digit PIN.
5. Enter the current mileage of the vehicle.
