Together with her team, she will oversee risk areas related to residual value, servicing and repairs, tires, insurance, and credit risk. Natalia brings rich experience in risk management in the CFM industry to MHC MOBILITY. Her broad skills in building and developing predictive models will be a valuable contribution to improving risk management strategies. Natalia focuses on modern data analysis techniques, which will significantly strengthen the process of monitoring and reducing risk in client contracts. Natalia Romanowska has nearly a decade of professional experience in the automotive industry, with the last 5 years spent as Asset Risk Manager at LeasePlan, where she was responsible for asset risk management. Previously, she served as a Business Analyst in the fleet management department at Volkswagen Financial Services.
Marcin Basaj - Head of IT and Digital Transformation CEE
Marcin Basaj, an experienced manager in IT and digital transformation, has joined the team as Head of IT and Digital Transformation CEE. His main task will be to oversee the digital transformation process and manage and lead the IT team. Marcin will focus on developing and implementing a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with MHC MOBILITY's overall business goals. His main emphasis will be on increasing value for customers and internal efficiency. His rich experience in CFM provides a solid background for the effective introduction of innovative technological solutions. Marcin Basaj has extensive professional experience, including positions as M&A Manager, Strategy & Transactions at EY-Parthenon and Vice President, Technology Risk and Control at Citi, where he acquired skills in managing technological risk, business strategy, and digitalization of business and IT areas. Previously, Marcin served as Director of Business Solutions and IT Implementation at Fraikin Polska.
