Granting consent is voluntary and is intended to verify your creditworthiness in the databases listed below. This verification is necessary to proceed with the process of concluding agreements with MHC Mobility Sp. z o.o., as well as to subsequently provide services under a Framework Agreement, Long-Term Rental Agreement, or Lease and Service Agreement. Without such verification, entering into a contract with you will not be possible.
The consents listed below are voluntary. They may be withdrawn at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before their withdrawal. Please tick the appropriate boxes:
The personal data controller is MHC Mobility Sp. z o.o., located in Warsaw at ul. Franciszka Klimczaka 1, 02-797 Warsaw, KRS: 0000242025, NIP: 1181808573, hereinafter referred to as the “Controller” or “MHC Mobility”. The processing of personal data by the Controller is carried out in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR).The legal basis for the processing of data is the undertaking of actions aimed at concluding a contract, including the acquisition of information necessary to assess credibility, ability to meet obligations, and risk analysis related to the application for the conclusion of a Framework Agreement, Long-Term Rental Agreement, Lease and Service Agreement, or other agreements of a similar nature (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR). In the case of sending commercial offers, including direct marketing via telecommunications terminal equipment or through the use of automated calling systems, the legal basis for processing is obtained consent (Article 6(1)(a) in conjunction with Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Another legal basis may be the performance of activities resulting from generally applicable legal provisions (Article 6(1)(c) and (e) GDPR), or the pursuit of the Controller’s legitimate interests, such as fulfilling obligations resulting from internal policies and procedures, codes of conduct, and necessary internal reporting within the capital group to which MHC Mobility belongs (based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). In the case of proxies, representatives, and persons designated for contact and cooperation, their data will be processed for the purpose of exercising rights arising from representation (including powers of attorney), in connection with actions aimed at concluding a contract with the entity they represent or in which they are employed (based on Article 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR). As MHC Mobility is part of the international Mitsubishi HC Capital Inc. group, the Controller may transfer personal data to a third country in which companies belonging to this group are located, in particular Japan and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. We guarantee the exercise of your rights under the GDPR, i.e. the right to access personal data, rectify data, erase data, or restrict processing, object to the processing of personal data, and transfer personal data to another Controller. You also have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of data at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out based on consent before its withdrawal, and the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if you believe that the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.
As MHC Mobility is part of the international Mitsubishi HC Capital Inc. group, the Controller may transfer personal data to a third country in which companies belonging to this group are located, in particular Japan and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. We guarantee the exercise of your rights under the GDPR, i.e. the right to access personal data, rectify data, erase data, or restrict processing, object to the processing of personal data, and transfer personal data to another Controller. This is a template of a company authorization. It is required when submitting a request for the disclosure of business information from the Credit Information Bureau S.A. (BIK) and the Polish Bank Association (ZBP).
To be obtained:
a) from InfoMonitor Economic Information Bureau S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw, at 77a Zygmunta Modzelewskiego Street (BIG InfoMonitor):
• information about inquiries made regarding my company in the last 12 months; and
b) from Credit Information Bureau S.A. (BIK) and the Polish Bank Association (ZBP) – via BIG InfoMonitor:
• economic data necessary for assessing creditworthiness and credit risk.
The data controllers will process your data for the following purposes:
The entity to which the authorization has been granted, in order to:
- verify your authority to sign the authorization on behalf of the company – this will constitute its legitimate interest as a data controller;
- obtain business information, economic data, information about inquiries, or verify creditworthiness. This will be done based on your authorization.
BIG InfoMonitor, in order to:
- provide economic information or verify the quality of data on behalf of the entity to which authorization has been granted – this will constitute its legitimate interest as a data controller (this is the legal basis for processing your personal data);
provide information about inquiries – this will be done based on your consent (this is the legal basis for processing your personal data);
maintain the Inquiry Register and thus fulfill the obligation set forth in Article 27 of the Act on BIG;
verify your authority to sign the authorization on behalf of the company – this will constitute its legitimate interest as a data controller.
BIK and ZBP, in order to provide economic data: – will do so based on their legitimate interest as data controllers (this is the legal basis for processing your personal data).
The authorized entity, BIG InfoMonitor, BIK, and ZBP will process your personal data within the following scope: company name*/first and last name**, tax identification number (NIP), statistical number (REGON).
Recipients of your personal data may include companies providing IT systems maintenance or other IT services to the authorized entity, BIG InfoMonitor, BIK, or ZBP. They will receive the data only to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes for which the data is processed.*/**
